Parties

BUYER: the customer who subscribes to a Weltz.App plan through this website (the account holder).

Subject

This agreement covers the sale of a digital subscription service provided over the internet, in accordance with applicable distance-selling regulations. By subscribing, the Buyer accepts these terms.

Service and price

The service is access to the Weltz.App platform under the selected plan. Prices are shown on the pricing page in euros (EUR) and are billed monthly or yearly in advance, renewing automatically until cancelled.

The total price, billing period and any taxes are displayed on the checkout screen before payment is confirmed.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details are handled by the provider; we do not store full card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each period using the saved payment method.

Delivery

The service is delivered digitally. Access is activated immediately after the payment is approved; there is no physical shipment.

Right of withdrawal & refunds

As the service is digital and access begins immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once use has started. Regardless, we offer a 14-day refund window as described in our Refund Policy.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, after which no further charge is made.

Disputes

For complaints and disputes, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in their place of residence, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade of Türkiye.
