By creating an account or using Weltz.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Weltz.app is a subscription software platform for restaurants and cafés, offered as a core platform plus optional modules (such as QR Menu). New accounts start with a free trial.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, keeping your credentials secure, and the accuracy of the data you enter.

You confirm you are authorized to act for the business you register.

Subscriptions & billing

After the trial, paid subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. Fees and applicable taxes are shown before purchase.

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Failed payments may lead to suspension.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing or abusive purposes, or attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer it.

Your content

You keep your rights to the data and content you add. You grant us the license needed to host and process it in order to provide the service.

Intellectual property

The platform, software and brand remain our property. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may end this agreement. On termination your access ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms and will change the date above when we do. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. For questions, contact us through your dashboard.
